Air: $3.32/lb + $30/box (14–30 days, 10 lbs minimum).

Sea: $2.02/lb + $30/box (5–9 weeks, 20 lbs minimum).

Maximum weight per box: 100 lbs. For each lb above 66 lbs, an extra $1/lb is added on top of the base price.

If your package exceeds 100 lbs, please contact us for a custom quote.

Air: $3.34/lb + $15/box (7–20 days, 10 lbs minimum).

Sea: $1.35/lb + $15/box (4–7 weeks, 20 lbs minimum).

Maximum weight per box: 220 lbs. For each lb between 66 and 100 lbs, an extra $1/lb is added on top of the base price (no surcharge applies between 100 and 220 lbs).

For packages over 220 lbs, please contact us for a custom quote.

After placing your order, send an email to [email protected] with the tracking number, the recipient's name and address in Europe, and how you want it shipped: Air or Sea.

Send your packages to us via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at the same address customers use for online orders. Send the package in your name:

Important: write your phone number on two sides of the box, so we can contact you when the package arrives.

Once we receive the package, we'll contact you for shipping details, then forward it to Europe per your instructions.

Clothing and personal items are usually not taxed.

Electronics and appliances have a higher risk of being held at customs, regardless of quantity.

We can advise you based on what your package contains and the destination.

For Romania only: for large shipments or relocations of 350+ lbs, we offer discounts of up to 15 cents per lb. For very large shipments, the container option is usually even cheaper. For other countries, please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes — basic insurance is included on every package at no extra cost. For high-value items, you can purchase additional coverage. Contact us for details.

The standard prohibited items list applies: no firearms or ammunition, no hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive), no perishable food, no live animals, no illegal substances.

Alcohol and tobacco are restricted in all countries we ship to. Regular over-the-counter and prescription medications are generally allowed, but controlled substances (including marijuana, CBD products, and similar items — even where legal in some US states) are not allowed. When in doubt, ask us before packing.

We accept cash, check, and card at drop-off. For online payments, you can use our payment page with Square or PayPal.

Yes — every shipment gets a tracking number. You can track on our homepage or contact us for status updates.
