Steps for sending packages

Carefully sort the kind of items you want to be delivered. Proceed to choose the most suitable kind of boxes required for safe delivery—fragile items will require plastic boxes

How to send a package? Safely pack the items in the box.  "Air cushion film"  serves the purpose of occupying blank spaces, to ensure the safety of your packaged items. Pack the items in the box safest possible and try to avoid letting blank spaces inside the box.  

Seal up your boxes by adopting the most suitable taping measure; tape the top and bottom of the box. If you think that the box is too fragile, you can wrap the box with wrapping plastic. 

Minimum chargeable weight is: By AIR - 10 lbs, by SEA - 20 lbs. you will be charged extra once the weights of your box exceed 66lbs.(for some countries maximum weight is 88 lbs, for more details contact us). 

Deliver the box to us, stating clearly, the content of the box. Each box will have included free insurance of $100. 5% of the value of the item will be charged as the insurance fee of a more expensive item on the client desire.

Give us the sender and receiver: name, last name, address, phone number, email.

You will be required to sign the receipt after which you'll get a copy of it with a tracking number included and all the information about your boxes. We will put 3 stickers for each box with a bar code and the number of the box on it.

Wait for the box to be delivered in the front of the house at the destination in the expected time.
