How shipping to Russia works
The process is simple: pack your items, label clearly with the recipient's address in Russia, drop off at our Chicago location, and we handle everything else. You'll get a tracking number and your package will be delivered door-to-door.
Air service typically arrives in 10-25 days, while sea shipping takes 5-9 weeks. Both options include free insurance and tracking.

Important: Russia shipping restrictions
Shipping to Russia has specific rules that differ from other European destinations. Please review these before sending — it is the sender's responsibility to make sure the package contents comply with current regulations.
Weight limits per recipient
- 10 kg maximum for food items in a single package — and the package cannot contain food only (that may be treated as a commercial shipment, which triggers complex customs procedures)
- 30 kg per month total across all packages going to the same recipient — please plan accordingly when sending multiple boxes to the same person
Items that cannot be shipped
The following categories are prohibited for export from the USA or import into Russia. This list is not exhaustive — when in doubt, please ask us first:
Electronics & batteries — laptops, tablets, desktop PC builds, smartphones, cell phones, smart watches, fitness trackers; PC components and electronic components; cameras (digital photo & video), camera lenses, binoculars, telescopes; GPS units; audio speakers, headphones, game consoles; recorders, amplifiers, microphones; chargers and wires; flashlights, bulbs, and lamps; loose lithium batteries; built-in lithium batteries (especially restricted for air shipments from Canada); power banks and power stations; drones and motorized or radio-controlled toys.
Vehicle-related — auto parts; engines, motors, generators, pumps; batteries and accumulators; oils, refined-oil products, and other vehicle fluids.
Tools & machinery — machinery and machine tools; hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric tools.
Food, beverages & tobacco — anything containing milk, meat, fish, or beverages; alcohol; pet food, treats, and supplements; cigarettes and other tobacco products; nuts.
Plants & biological — plants, seeds, plant-protection products; any fishing equipment; poisonous animals and plants; ivory and furs.
Hazardous materials — aerosols; flammables, oxidizers, corrosives; explosive substances; weapons and ammunition; radioactive materials.
Restricted goods & documents — narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, prescription drugs; cash, credit and debit cards; identity documents; precious stones; gold and silver jewelry; tableware and knives.
Print, media & chemicals — printed and audiovisual materials; vinyl records; photo film rolls and photo paper; printing ink; glues, adhesives, and dyes; sheet glass.
Used items — second-hand items of any kind are not accepted.
